In this class we will cover the basic techniques and recipes for handmade flatbread dough. As a class we will make sauces and work with assorted toppings to make artisan pizzas. We always include ingredients for a classic margherita, plus the best seasonal combos. When we finish prepping our pizzas, you will head into the floral studio to enjoy your salad, pizza and a seasonal crostata dessert. F&B date nights are BYOB so please plan accordingly.
Class is taught by Chef Joele Pinkerton and is open to 6 couples or any type of duo! Class price is per couple. Please bring an apron with you to class.
