Warm & Cozy Anglo-Indian Home Cooking, Wednesday, November 6th, 12-2PM
We can't look back on Victorian England without paying homage to the incredible flavors and spices of India! In this hands-on class with Chef Sarah Lagrotteria we will celebrate some of the best of Indian comfort foods and their Anglo adaptations. Recipes might include chicken tikka masala, spiced cauliflower, kedgeree (a smoked fish and rice dish), traditional dal, and coronation chicken salad as it is served in British High Tea. We'll also bake homemade naan in the wood-fired oven!
