Can I give this as a gift?
Absolutely! We think it's a perfect gift. Either you or the recipient will need to pick the basket up on the designated Thursday.
If you buy once and love it, please bring your basket back the second time. We'll clean it and use it again. #sustainability
Village baskets are available to order now for pick up on Thursday, December 10th between 3-6PM.
The baskets are a real treat during this time of limited dining out and celebrating. The basket seems like a celebration in itself, and the foods offer such a unique burst of flavors- from the breads, to the cheeses, to the desserts and the special jams and homemade condiments. The flowers and other plants are a comfort as well as lovely to look at.
Good basket. Flowers were a little disappointing this time after coming off of those glorious sunflowers, but I did appreciate the theme
Ordering these village baskets may be the most indulgent thing I’ve ever allowed myself. But each one offers something sweet and beautiful to look forward to in a time when so much has been pared away. Each is a small world in a basket: thoughtfully assembled, they contain something baked, something floral, something sweet, something savory—and the whole experience is accompanied by a lovely ribbon of narrative that wraps it all up, then adds seasonal recipes. I keep telling myself that I’ll stop, but two weeks comes around and I am so thrilled that I didn’t!
