When one thinks about pumpkin it’s often in dessert form but in this class, we’ll focus on savory forms of this delicious squash as well as an easy dessert that’s not pumpkin pie.  Join Chef Joele Pinkerton in this hands-on class.  Recipes may include: pumpkin and sage penne, savory pumpkin risotto in the instant pot, pumpkin chutney on brie, fall squash and mushroom curry, pumpkin leek and cheddar puff pastry tart and pumpkin bread with chocolate chip streusel.
