Join Chef Cody Miller in this class as he takes you through a timed walkthrough of prep work for your Sous Vide Thanksgiving Feast. Class will include: Turkey Breakdown and presentation, sous vide cooking demonstration and tasting, utilization of the entire turkey in stock and gravy, and an individual sous vide dessert. Come and enjoy getting a little hands on with sous vide cooking and learn how to make this Thanksgiving the best and easiest yet!
This class has a minimum of 8 people. If it doesn't reach that number, everyone will receive a full refund and first chance to sign up for a future Sous Vide class.
