If you know me, you know I adore making tarts! In this hands-on class with Chef Sarah Lagrotteria, we will use the best spring produce to create crusts and fillings that celebrate the season. Recipes may include Asparagus and ricotta tart with comté cheese, Herbed ricotta tart with chorizo, Lattice rhubarb tart with almond cream filling and fresh strawberry tart with rose water custard.

Please bring an apron with you to class.
