During the summer months, all sorts of delicious fruits are abundant and it’s so easy to incorporate them into desserts.  In this hands-on class, join Chef Joele Pinkerton as we learn to make strawberry sour cream streusel cake, pistachio lemon bars, buttermilk cake with vanilla cream and nectarines and a lemon gelato.  

Class is limited to 12 students. Please bring an apron with you to class.
