In this date night, we will explore the science of sous vide cooking and its ability to perfectly cook food before sitting down and enjoying a one-of-a-kind meal. We will start the night with a hands-on introduction to sous vide cooking from Chef Cody Miller and finish with a romantic candlelit dinner! Dinner will consist of a perfectly cooked and locally sourced cut of Prime Rib, side dishes and a silky Creme Brulee dessert, all prepared sous vide. Whether you currently own a sous vide machine, enjoy the science behind cooking, or just love a delicious meal, this is a night for you!

F& B is BYOB- you bring your beverage of choice and we will provide ice and glassware. For all participants in this class, Chef Cody will provide a few wine suggestions via email as we get closer to the date.
