In this event, we will introduce the sous vide cooking method and its uses in brunch foods! We will start with a hands-on introduction to sous vide cooking from Chef Cody Miller and its uses in preparing breakfast/brunch dishes! Food prepared will consist of eggs benedict, pork belly bacon, and sous vide egg bites! Whether you currently own a sous vide machine, love the science of cooking, or are just a fan of spectacular brunch, this class is for you! Please bring an apron with you for class and you are welcome to bring mimosa fixings as we are a BYOB facility.
