Scones 2 Ways, Sat. April 17th
Join Chef Devon Morgan as you learn the art of the scone. We will walk through best practices for mixing and mix ins. We will put together a savory and sweet scone for you to bake at home. We will also put together simple spreads to serve with your scones. Compound butter, Whipped lemon mascarpone, & quick compote.

At the end of class we will enjoy the fruits of our labor and you will take home your own savory and sweet scone to bake at home.

Please park in F&B parking lot behind the building. We recommend wearing closed-toe shoes and bringing an apron with you to class.
