In this class we will cover the basic techniques and recipes for handmade flatbread dough. As a class we will make sauces and work with assorted toppings to make artisan pizzas. We always include ingredients for a classic margherita, plus the best seasonal combos. When we finish prepping our pizzas, you will head into the floral studio to enjoy your salad, pizza and a seasonal dessert.
F&B date nights are BYOB so please bring your favorite beverage and we will provide all glassware.
Class is taught by Chef Joele Pinkerton and is open to 12 people. Class price is per person. Please bring an apron with you to class.
