Join Chef Anthony in this hands-on/demo class devoted to brewing a seasonal all-grain pale ale using Ohio's very own PawPaw crop. You'll work alongside Chef Anthony as he explains the grains you'll use and walks you through the fermentation process. You'll also enjoy pawpaw snacks such as pork sliders with pawpaw barbecue sauce and pawpaw bread pudding. The event is BYOB, so bring your favorite refreshment. Three weeks later, we'll email you when your 5 bottles of home-brewed ale are ready for pick up.
