Please join Chef Joele Pinkerton for a homemade pasta class. During this event, we'll learn the proper way to make pasta dough, kneading techniques and shaping the pasta. You'll also learn the proper technique for risotto and we'll finish off the meal with a tasty, light, lemon dessert. Recipes may include, panzanella, lemon and goat cheese ravioli, shiitake and asparagus risotto and lemon curd and coconut cookies.
Price is per person (couples will want to buy two spots). Please bring an apron with your for date night. F&B is BYOB, so please bring your beverage of choice and we will provide all glassware.
