The weather is finally warm, the pools are open and it's time to celebrate summer with some delicious BBQ and outdoor food.  Join Chef Joele Pinkerton in this hands-on class as we explore a quick and easy way to make pulled chicken in the instant pot, a new take on summer salads and cupcakes from a famous NY bakery.  Recipes may include: BBQ pulled chicken with a cherry BBQ sauce, pearl couscous with creamy feta and chickpeas, French potato salad with hericot verts, watermelon, onion and feta salad and Magnolia Bakery cupcakes with buttercream frosting. 

Please bring an apron with you to class.
