In this Cook the Book series with Chefs Mary Boesch and Cody Miller, we are going to master some classic French recipes from our two favorite French Chefs! These classes will combine demonstration and ‘hands-on’ techniques and result in a delicious ‘sit-down’ dinner! Sign-up for one class, or all three! Class #2 Roast Chicken w/Lemon & Herbs
In this class we’ll follow Julia’s method of roasting a whole
chicken, and talk about variations. We’ll roast some winter root
vegetables, and learn to blanch & cook green beans the French
way. And for dessert...Gâteau of Crêpes!
