In this Cook the Book series with Chefs Mary Boesch and Cody Miller, we are going to master some classic French recipes from our two favorite French Chefs! These classes will combine demonstration and ‘hands-on’ techniques and result in a delicious ‘sit-down’ dinner! Sign-up for one class, or all three! Class #1 Fish en Papillote Our first class in this series will feature a seasonal fresh fish fillet, topped with vegetables and baked in parchment paper - using both Julia’s & Jacques’ ways! Easy and impressive, this technique is great for entertaining! Rounding out the menu, will be Julia’s Rice pilaf w/Pepper, Peas, & Asparagus, and amazing Chocolate Pots de Crème!
