In this Cook the Book series with Chefs Mary Boesch and Cody Miller, we are going to master some classic French recipes from our two favorite French Chefs! These classes will combine demonstration and ‘hands-on’ techniques and result in a delicious ‘sit-down’ dinner! Sign-up for one class, or all three! If you choose all three, you’ll also receive the vintage cookbook Julia & Jacques Cooking at Home.

Class #3 Boeuf Bourguignon

A classic that everyone has heard about...but few attempt! We
will tackle this exquisite beef stew using techniques from both Julia
& Jacques. You’ll make Jacques’ famous vinaigrette for a green
salad, and we’ll end with an Apple Galette!
