Julia & Jacques Date Night 4
|Menu||Mediterranean Seafood Stew
For our fourth class in this series, we will prepare a delightful stew of fish and seafood in a saffron hued broth. Jacques’s recipe is reminescent of bouillabaisse...but simpler to prepare. We’ll serve the stew with rouille-topped croutons. We’ll start our meal with a wedge of Pan Bagnat, and end with a Torte au Chocolat!
|What to expect||These classes will combine demonstration and ‘hands-on’ techniques and result in a delicious ‘sit-down’ dinner! Sign-up for one class, or all three! If you choose all three, you’ll also receive the vintage cookbook Julia & Jacques Cooking at Home. Please bring an apron with you to class. Date Night are BYOB—you are welcome to bring your beverage of choice and we will provide glassware. Class is $75 per person.|

Please park in F&B parking lot behind the building (entrance on Acton Street). Walk up the ramp and around the building to the front door of the cafe.
