Italian Date Night, Friday, January 18th, 6:30-9PM
Join Chef Joele Pinkerton as we explore the delicious food of Italy. In this hands-on class we'll learn the techniques for bruschetta and how to get creative with seasonal toppings, learn the proper method for vinaigrette and make fresh pasta. Recipes may include: bruschetta bar, seasonal salad with kumquats and dates, pumpkin cannelloni with bechamel and toasted pepitas and fig and rosemary cakes with an orange cream. Please bring an apron with you to class.
Date Nights are BYOB, you bring the wine or beer and we'll provide all glassware and ice.
