Join Chef Sarah Lagrotteria in this celebration of all things pie! We'll work with several classic pie fillings, and add our own special twist to create unique and delicious pies you'll want to make year after year. We'll spend time talking about and working with different crusts, as well as practicing lattice and stencil work. Recipes may include: Bourbon pumpkin pie, Winter Fruits of the Forest pie, Edna Lewis's sweet potato pie, and apple cheesecake pie.
