Join Chef Sarah Lagrotteria in her second annual holiday food gifts class! In this hands-on class, we will make beautiful food gifts that you can recreate at home for your friends and colleagues. We'll taste everything we make and discuss and demonstrate different wrapping options. You'll leave knowing just what you want to give this year and with the recipes to get started. Recipes may include: peppermint bark, dried fruit and edible flower chocolate mendicants, classic English toffee, rosemary pine nut brittle, cranberry curd, nut-free coconut granola, and preserved lemons. Everyone will leave with their own jar of preserved lemons to keep or give away.
