Holiday Cookies Around the World, Tuesday, December 3rd, 12-2PM
Join Chef Joele Pinkerton in this hands-on class as we explore different country’s signature holiday cookies. We’ll travel to Germany, Italy, England and others to make a beautiful cookie platter. Recipes may include: ginger spiced cookies dipped in white chocolate, apricot and walnut rugelach, springerle, cucidati fig cookies, date cookies and speculoos. Please bring an apron with you to class and container for taking your cookies home.
