High Summer Produce: Zucchini! Wednesday, August 14, 12-2PM
Join Chef Sarah Lagrotteria in this hands-on class devoted to delicious ways to do-away with the most abundant of our summer garden crops: zucchini! In this class, we will chop, steam, and sauté our way to some beautiful and new zucchini dishes. Recipes might include simple zucchini potage with poached egg, zucchini butter, savory zucchini bread, and zucchini with rainbow chard and chorizo.
