Handmade Stuffed Pasta Date Night, Friday, January 24th, 6-9PM
Join Chef Joele Pinkerton in this hands-on class as you’ll learn to make fresh pasta dough from scratch, learn the technique for rolling and how to stuff it. Everyone in this class will take a turn to roll out the dough as we prepare other items for our dinner. Recipes may include: roasted winter vegetable panzanella with goat cheese, fig and fennel relish on crostini, stuffed pumpkin cannelloni and bechamel with toasted pumpkin seed bread crumbs, Venetian cauliflower and a pear and cranberry crumble with cinnamon ice cream. After we make our beautiful meal, we will sit down to enjoy it by candlelight in the cafe.
Please bring an apron with you to class. Date Nights are BYOB, so you bring your favorite beverage and we provide glassware. Price is $75 per person.
