Gnocchi is so much fun to make and prepare!  It’s even better when you have a large group of friends to help.  Once you’ve mastered the art of making gnocchi, the sky is the limit with the sauces and toppings you can pair with them.  In this class Chef Joele Pinkerton will demonstrate two types of gnocchi and the class will make the individual gnocchi and sauces.  Recipes may include: potato gnocchi with sausage, tomatoes, peas and smoked mozzarella and butternut squash gnocchi with marsala-soaked prunes and amaretti.
