Join Chef Anthony Schulz in this hands-on class devoted to the flavors of fall! Together you'll make 3 different soups and learn the techniques for making soups from scratch. Recipes may include: butternut-apple soup w/nutmeg creme fraiche, Fall vegetable and quinoa soup; and Roasted acorn squash and sweet potato with chili oil and cream. You'll leave knowing exactly how to to turn a few seemingly random vegetables into a beautiful and satisfying meal. You'll also use our F&B breads to create the perfect crostini-type accompaniment for each soup as well as create a few complimentary oils/toppings to enhance your soups. This class is limited to 12 students. Please bring an apron with you to class.
