Easter Breads, Thursday, April 11th, 12-2PM

In this part hands-on, part demo class, we will work together to create some beautiful Easter breads! You'll join Chef Sarah Lagrotteria in making some of the classics  such as Polish Babka, Greek Tsoureki (braided bread with beautifully dyed eggs), traditional hot cross buns, and a sweet lemon curd and cream cheese braided bread. We'll go over the basics of blooming our yeast as well and everyone will get a chance to shape and braid so that they'll be ready to form beautifully-shaped Easter breads at home! Please bring an apron with you to class.
