Date Night with Dickens, Friday, December 6th 6-9PM
Join Chef Joele Pinkerton for this classic holiday dinner feast!In this hands-on class we’ll make classic Christmas British dishes as well as some new additions to bring this holiday meal together.Recipes may include: rosemary crusted beef tenderloin with horseradish cream, Yorkshire puddings, roasted herb potatoes cooked in golden goose fat, glazed carrots with clementines and honey and warm figgy pudding. Once our meal is prepared, you'll sit down and enjoy a beautiful candlelit dinner in the cafe space. Please bring an apron with you to class.
Date Nights are BYOB- you bring your favorite beverage and we will provide all glassware. Workshop and dinner is $85 per person.
