Join Chef Sarah Lagrotteria in this hands-on date night inspired by F&B's recent trip to the Cotswolds! We'll work together to craft a quintessentially cozy English Roast dinner which may include: Yorkshire pudding, beet gratin, roasted carrots with nigella and coriander, and a meat entree that is TBD—depending on what menu is most inspiring during the trip! We'll finish with an apple pear pudding with brandy & honey sauce. Once our roast is ready, you'll enjoy the meal in our candlelit cafe space. Flowers & Bread is BYOB, so please bring your drink of choice and we'll provide all glassware and ice. Class price covers 2 participants. Please bring an apron with you to class.
