In this hands-on baking class with Mary Boesch, retired Owner and Baker, Cambridge Tea House, you will learn several techniques for making fun and flavorful ‘bites’ that you can serve to your family and friends. You will make, taste and take home savory bites that include…bacon wrapped brussels sprouts, tartlets, and puff pastry diamonds. On the sweet side, friands, tassies, and meringues are on the menu. We’ll talk about using purchased puff pastry, how easy, versatile crusts can provide many options, make ahead tips, and a variety of techniques that will help you introduce a little variety into your baking repertoire!
Please bring to class: a mini-muffin pan and an apron.
