In conjunction with our October Book Club, we're cooking from Chef Lee's Buttermilk Graffiti: A Chef's Journey to Discover America's New Melting Pot Cuisine. In this hands-on class with Chef Sarah, we'll work together to create some of Chef Lee's most distinct dishes. Recipes may include: Roast butternut squash Schnitzel with squash kraut in a mustard cream sauce, Lacy cornbread with rhubarb jam, Lamb Arayes with tahini dressing, pickled sweet peppers and homemade rye pitas and Korean doughnuts.
Attending book club is NOT a requirement for this class. All are welcome! This class is limited to 12 students. Please bring an apron with you to class.
