Any citrus can be used to make a flavorful curd and these sweet and tangy dipping sauces are perfect for spring time weather.  Join Chef Joele Pinkerton in this hands-on class as we explore the proper method for making curds and the various uses for each.  Recipes may include: lemon curd mousse, lemon curd macaroons, lime curd linzer cookies and tangerine curd ice cream with olive oil and sea salt. We'll leave plenty of time to sample all our delicious curds!
