This is a 2-hour hands on class.
While living in New England for 2 years, I quickly fell in love with this east coast staple and I eventually learned that you’re either a red chowder (Manhattan) or white chowder (New England) fan. Join Chef Joele Pinkerton in this delicious class as we discuss the difference between a bisque and a chowder, make our own seafood stock and try three different soups. We’ll also use our Flowers and Bread baguettes to dip in our rich soups.
For daytime classes, please park behind Cavalry Bible Church, direct across the street from Flowers & Bread and cross at the crosswalk to or door. Parking is free to our customers.
