You don’t have to be Southern to love biscuits! Some consider the biscuit to be just about the perfect food…a blank canvas on which to enjoy butter, honey, or jam, relished as a pimiento cheese or meat sandwich, or perhaps eaten steaming fresh from the oven! Join Chef Joan Kirschner in this hands-on class where you will learn how to make a variety of biscuits, from sweet to savory, and toppings such as classic pimiento cheese, fruit jam, and infused honey. At the end of class, you will sample the biscuits with all of the tasty toppings made in class. You will take home some biscuits and the recipes for future use. Please bring an apron and a container along with your appetite to class.
