BISCUITS! You don’t have to be Southern to love biscuits! Some consider the biscuit to be just about the perfect food…a blank canvas on which to enjoy butter, honey, or jam, relished as a pimiento cheese or meat sandwich, or perhaps eaten steaming fresh from the oven! Join Chef Joan Kirschner in this hands-on class where you will learn how to make a variety of biscuits, from sweet to savory. Of course, you will sample the biscuits with an array of toppings, such as jams, butters, honeys, and more! You will take home some biscuits and the recipes for future use. Please bring an apron and your appetite to class. Class is limited to 12 students.
