Baking with Olive Oil
Recipes may include: orange rosemary cake, decadent chocolate almond cake with raspberry sauce, lemon tender cake with coconut frosting and blueberry compote, chocolate mousse with candied pistachios, carrot and walnut cake with candied ginger frosting
|What to expect||
This is a 2-hour hands on class. Please bring an apron with you to class.
Olive oil adds such a tenderness and richness to baked goods that it’s almost better than baking with butter. It also helps if you have a few lactose free guests. Join Chef Joele Pinkerton as we bake a few cakes and mousses without the help of butter.
For daytime classes, please park behind Cavalry Bible Church, directly across the street from Flowers & Bread and cross at the crosswalk to or door. Parking is free to our customers.
