Arranging with fresh and dried materials
|Technique||Under the guidance of designer Matt Weinstein, participants will learn the basic considerations for working with dried plant materials. Participants in this course will also investigate the principles of balance and harmony in a flower arrangement.|
|What to expect||Participants will leave with a flower arrangement that incorporates a dazzling array of seasonal and timeless materials. No prior experience is required. A simple, versatile container will be provided, but participants should feel empowered to bring their own if they so desire. All tools and plant materials will be provided. Image is from a similar class; vase and plant materials will not be exactly the same.|
|Class||Flower arrangements that include both fresh and dried materials are both in season and in vogue. Participants in this course will learn how to use fresh and dried botanicals in such a manner that each enhances the other.|
Please park in F&B parking lot behind the building (entrance on Acton Street). Walk the ramp up and around the building to enter the floral studio.
