The stollen is a tender buttery bread scented with citrus and vanilla, studded with tasty dried fruit, and showered with confectioners’ sugar. Join Chef Joan Kirschner for a hands-on class to learn how to make this flaky, aromatic and divinely flavorful holiday pastry! While the dough is rising, a surprise holiday treat will be made!
