Happy 2020! With the new year comes new year’s resolutions! Looking for ways to eat healthier for you and your family? Looking for that healthy, tasty bite for after workouts or if craving a snack when you and your kids are on the go? Looking for energy boosters? Join Chef Joan Kirschner in this hands-on class to learn how to make delicious and nutritious snacks, such as protein or energy bites, breakfast cookies, and more. They are not only easy to prepare, but are tasty as well! All treats make will be enjoyed at the end of class. You will leave with an assortment of the healthy eats made during class and the recipes for future use. Please bring a container and a favorite apron with you to class.
