The Best Summer Salads, Wednesday, July 17th, 12-2PM
This is theme to enjoy the very best Ohio produce has to offer! Join Chef Sarah Lagrotteria in this hands-on class where we will celebrate some of the beauty of the Farmer's Market with various composed salads, which may include a classic French Potato Vinaigrette, Yotam Ottolenghi's sweet & sour marinated peppers and burrata cheese, and a modern Shrimp Louis. Along the way, we will practice marinating vegetables, steaming the perfect soft-centered hard-boiled egg, making a classic vinaigrette and appreciating the best of summer herbs, like basil, tarragon and chives. We will of course enjoy all our salads with some warm F&B bread.
