Join us for an evening a of exploring the world of scones! In this hands-on class, Chef Joan Kirschner will teach you all about scones, from their history to the best guidelines and hands-on techniques for making these tender and buttery treats. Not only will you learn how to make the classic British scone, but others as well, both sweet and savory! These may include flavors such as blueberry-cornmeal, cranberry-orange, rustic gruyere-chive, or even cream cheese, radish, and dill!

Once out of the oven, you will enjoy the scones along with delicious cream,
butter, and jam. You will leave with scones to share with your family along with the recipes for future use. Please bring an apron with you and arrive on time. Class begins promptly at 6:00!
