Join Chef Joele Pinkerton as we learn to make homemade bucatini pasta and gnocchi. We’ll also make fire-roasted shrimp in our wood oven to go with the pasta. We’ll serve this with a radicchio and orange salad as well as a lemon pudding cake with fresh whipped cream and berries. Once your meal is prepared, you will enjoy by candlelight either on the front patio or in the cafe space.
