Come celebrate the start of the high summer produce season! In this hands-on class with Chef Sarah Lagrotteria, we will focus on the glorious summer tomato in al it's uses. Recipe may include tomato marjoram jam, fresh chopped tomato pasta sauce, Southern-style tomato tart, tomato salad with feta and pistachios.

Please bring an apron with you to class.
