Join Chef Joele Pinkerton for a delicious taco class just in time for Cinco de Mayo! During this event, we'll learn the art of making homemade tortillas, using the instant pot to make flavorful carnitas, a new spin on tacos with an Asian twist and various homemade salsas. Recipes may include, grapefruit and rosemary infused virgin margaritas, carnitas, bulgogoi tacos, tortillas, black bean salad and pineapple salsa.
Price is per person (couples/duos will want to purchase two). Please bring an apron with you to date night. F&B is BYOB, so please bring your beverage of choice and we will provide all necessary glassware.
