Join Chef Joele Pinkerton in this hands-on class as we make various salads using the first of the season's delicious vegetables.  Recipes may include: asparagus and peas with warm tarragon vinaigrette, pesto potato salad with peas and mint, black quinoa and pea salad with a cumin vinaigrette, couscous with herb paste and caramelized onions. Please bring an apron with you to class.
