Cook the Book: Tartine Bakery, Thursday, May 9th, 12-2PM
Join Chef Sarah Lagrotteria in this half-demo, half hands-on class devoted to one of her favorite bakeries: San Francisco's Tartine! This is a great class for the baking enthusiast interested in working with weight measurements and learning to follow more complicated (i.e. longer) recipes, as well as those curious about the signature items that have made Tartine such a success over the years. Recipes may include rich chocolate friends, Lemon Meringue cake, and Blackberry Tart with Geranium Cream. Please bring an apron with you to class.
