Easy Gluten-Free Baking
|Technique||We’ll also talk about pastry techniques and you’ll make a gluten free pie crust to take home and bake. We’ll talk about commercially available gluten free flour blends and some blends you can make from scratch. You’ll learn some easy
ways to substitute gluten free flour into your own favorite recipes too! Please note: our bakery space is NOT gluten-free, so while we won't be using gluten, we will be exposed to it. Those with sever gluten allergies are advised not to take this class.
|What to expect||Please bring to class: a 9” pie pan, a rolling pin, and an apron.|
|Class||In this ‘hands-on’ baking class with Mary Boesch, retired Owner and Baker, Cambridge Tea House, you will make, bake, and enjoy gluten free biscuits and crackers.|
Please park in F&B parking lot behind the building. Walk up and around the ramp to the front door.
