Spanish tapas Date Night, Friday, February 15th 6:30-9PM
Join Chef Joele Pinkerton as we explore the delicious, late night food that is Spanish tapas. In this hands-on class, we'll learn how to make small plates using the spicy, smokey flavors of Spain. Recipes may include: chorizo and tomato relish flatbreads with melted manchego, fingerling papas bravas with smokey aioli, small toasts with shrimp and romesco sauce and spicy bacon wrapped dates. Please bring an apron with you to class.
F&B is BYOB, so bring your own drinks and we will provide all glassware and ice. Class price is per person.
