Wood-Fired Paella Date Night, Friday, October 4th, 6:00-9PM
Making Paella in a wood fired oven will transport you back to a special night in Spain...or make you want to visit! We’ll be making a traditional Seafood Paella using a tried and true method, a traditional paella pan, saffron, pimentón, bomba rice, and an open fire! You’ll enjoy the fruits of your labor in a candlelight setting and finish your meal with a Spanish Caramel Flan.
F&B date nights are BYOB so please bring your favorite beverage and we will provide all glassware.
Class is taught by Chef Mary Boesch and is open to 12 people. Class price is per person. Please bring an apron with you to class. (Please let us know if you have any food allergies)
