Celebrating Warm Seasonal Spices-Wednesday, October 30th, 12-2PM
In this hands-on class with Chef Sarah Lagrotteria, you'll be celebrating the best spices of the season. Focusing on warm spices, such as cinnamon, ginger, clove, cardamom, all-spice, etc., we'll make several different spice blends and then put them to good use! Recipes may include homemade chai tea, homemade pumpkin spice mix (so much better than store bought), traditional pain d'epices (French spiced quick bread), pumpkin curry, and special spiced cookie for dessert. Please bring an apron with you to class.
